Cancellation Policy

No Cancellation After Order Confirmation

Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, it is immediately sent into production. Since every product is custom-printed just for you, we do not accept any cancellation requests, under any circumstances.

Why We Follow This Policy:

  • Every item is printed individually on demand — we do not keep pre-printed stock.

  • Production begins shortly after an order is placed.

  • Cancellations lead to unnecessary waste and impact pricing.

  • Helps us maintain affordable rates and unique designs for everyone.

Return Policy

As each product is customized and printed especially for you, we do not accept returns due to:

  1. Change of mind or personal preferences.

  2. Accidental orders or incorrect product selection.

  3. Compatibility or usage issues.

  4. Customized or personalized nature of the items.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following specific conditions:

Eligible Refund Situations:

  • You received a damaged or mismatched product.

Refund Conditions:

  1. A verifiable unboxing video is mandatory.

  2. The video must start from the moment the sealed package is opened and clearly show:

    • Any visible damage.

    • Incorrect or mismatched product.

  3. The unboxing video must be sent to photoozzz.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  4. If the customer refuses or cancels the order at the time of delivery, or does not accept the order by any means, no refund will be provided.

Replacement Policy

In cases of damage or incorrect delivery, customers may request a replacement instead of a refund. The same process and conditions apply:

Refund Process

  1. Our support team will review the submitted unboxing video.

  2. If the claim is approved, we will initiate the refund.

  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  4. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Important Notes

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for all refund/replacement claims.

  • Claims without video proof or submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.
